Applications :
1.
FOR CERAMIC, GLASS AND REFRACTORY INDUSTRIES
Thermocouples used for High Temperature applications
are Pt/Pt Rh type . Pt/Pt Rh 13%, 10%, or 30% can be
used depending upon the operating temperatures. German
make Recrystallised High Alumina Pythogorous KER - 610,
KER - 710, SS 310 or Inconel 600/800 grade tubes are
provided as protection sheaths. High Alumina tubes can
withstand temperatures upto 1850 Deg C.

FOR HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE
Heavy duty K (Cr/Al)Type Thermocouples are used with
outer SS310, Inconel 600 , Incolley 800 or Ceramic
KER-610 tubes as protection sheaths. This sheathings
posses good resistance to oxidation at higher temperature.
Simplex or Duplex with straight or L type are available.
Mineral Insulated Thermocouples with outer SS 316
or Inconel 600 grade sheath (Simplex and Duplex) in
diameters 1.0mm , 1.5mm , 3.00mm , 4.5mm , 6.00mm
, 8.00mm are also offered. Thermocouples with Single
or Multibore Insulators and junction block are used
in laboratory applications for air temperatures. Handheld
Thermocouples connected to Portable indicators can
be offered for sensing the temperatures of metal surfaces.
3. CEMENT , CHEMICAL , FERTILISER INDUSTRIES
Thermocouples and RTDs are used as per the requirements.
Different sheath materials are used depending on the
application.

Compensating
cables in K, J, R, S type are available in different
insulating materials like PVC,
Asbestos, Fiberglass, Teflon , SS braiding.

POWER REGULATORS CONTROL PANEL
SCR controlled Power Regulators with time profile
supervisory control unit or Multiple Ramp/Soak, Multiple
Program, Multiple/Single input programmable PID controllers
with PC based RS 485 interface connection for controlling
furnace temperatures or any other process.

TEMPERATURE INDICATOR / CONTROLLERS
Types: S/R (Pt/Pt Rh), K (Cr/Al)
, J (Fe/K) , Pt - 100 .
Temperature Range: 0 to 1800 ,0 to
1200 ,0 to 600 ,-250 to +400 Deg C.
Digital temperature indicators are used to indicate
the process
temperature
and controllers are used to control the process temperature
with indication. Temperature controllers can be offered
with single or two set points. Multi channel Temperature
indicators with 2, 3, 6, 8, 12 channels can be offered.
Portable battery operated Handheld temperature indicators
are available up to 1200 Deg C.
Digital PID controllers with autotune, fuzzylogic,
multi program, multiple
ramp / soak, cooling cycle, universal input, relay,
SSR, (4-20) mA, triac outputs are available. (Both
Indian and Imported makes)

TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTERS
Transmitters provide high isolation between input
and outpots, thus gives excellent stability and trouble
free opeartion. Also, current being less succeptible
to industrial RFI/EMI and ground loop interference,
transmitters are being used in every process control
application. They are available in head mounted or
DIN rail mounted cersions.
