- The ceramic fiber block manufactured at Industrial furnace and control is made from ceramic fiber blanket. These blocks are specially designed o meet or improve the thermal insulation requirements of industrial furnaces.

Ceramic Fibre Module is made of fold or pre-cut Sinoshine Blanket stack. This blanket stack is folded, then tightly compressed and banded to form the Bonded block. The Sinoshine Ceramic Fibre Module contains no any binders. We use special equipments for producing Sinoshine Ceramic Fibre Module to confirm the precise dimensions of Ceramic Fibre Modules. Ceramic Fibre Module can be connected with structures of kiln and furnace by Anchor. It’s easy to install and speed constructing lining of furnace.

Refractory ceramic fiber
