Application:  The Wax Melter is a wax-melting and conditioning machine. Purchased IC Wax is in the form of solid slabs. This is melted, conditioned and brought to a certain pre-determined temperature before transferring it to the wax injection machines. 

Specifications and Salient Features:

 §     Melting Chamber:         A Slab melter of 30Kg capacity is provided at the top of the Conditioning chamber. Wax slabs are stacked in the slab melter. The molten wax flows into the Conditioning tank and is stirred continuously at a constant temperature to form a uniform blend.

§         Thermal Insulation:   The melting chamber is insulated on all sides with 64 Kg/m3 Ceramic fiber and clad with powder coated MS sheet for protection.

 §         Heat Source          :    4 Nos. strip heaters for quick melting on slab melter designed for easy access during maintenance. 

§         Melting rate          :    15Kgs / hr.

 §         Conditioning Tank :   50 Kgs capacity, Dia. 400mm X 500mm Ht.

 §         Thermal Insulation :   The melting chamber is insulated on all sides with 64 Kg/m3 Ceramic fiber and cladded with powder coated MS sheet for protection. 

§         Heat Source           :   Electrical finned air heater designed to maintain constant tank temperature. The heater is easily accessible for maintenance.

 §         Stirrer                     :   A sturdy and well-designed stirrer mounted on thrust bearings is provided to ensure homogeneity of the wax blend.

 §         Stirrer Drive           :   1/4th Hp geared motor 3Phase AC supply 415V. Make REMI / Bonfiglioli  Wax drain        :           3/4th heavy-duty ball valve. Provided with a drain heater.
